Business Plan:

I'm opening a construction company available for commercial and private building.  All operations of the business will be carried out by employees, expenses will include only limited rental equipment and materials.  I need a silent partner that will receive 30% of yearly profits.

Hook: 

This company will be able to reduce cost of construction because everything from blue print drawing to actual construction of the structure will be done by people within the company.  Other companies have to employee seperate proffesionals for each stage of constructon: architects to draw up plans, engineers to inspect the drawings and approve the structural integrity, actual employees to build the project, and then HVAC profesionals and plumbers to install heating, air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, and electricity.

Advertising Plan:

To advertise I'm going to take out ads in the newspaper, make a website, and rent a large billboard.  The newspaper ads will give the name of the company along with the types of construction available, give a phone number, email address, and a website.  Website will include all information about offers, costs, available dates, and estimates on time needed to build.
