My country is Great Britain (United Kingdom).(Absolute Location)My country is 600 Miles (967 km) atits longest piont from the north of Scottland to the southern coast of England.(Relitive Location) My country is 300 miles(483 km) at it's widest point from the west of Wales to the eastern coast.Yes, my country is closest to the mainland Eurpoe.

Physical Geography

The main geological structures of Europe reappears

as the windswept lowlands are remnants Scandinavian

Mountains splits by Rift Valley's.The Fijords of

Norway are repeated in the indented western scottish

coast(coastal intlets).Like those of Spain and Britain are

found in South Wales.The German Dutch estuaries and

shores echoed in eastern England,with submerged river

months and wide shallow bays; and the white clifft's

,of Dover in kent mirror those of Picardy in France,

only 20 miles (32km) away across the English Channel.

Human Geography

British cities act as regional and cultural centers, importnant places for buisness and tourism.And they are international traders.They can speak; Old English,Middle English,the Welsh language,Gaelic,English dialects,and accents.They are Jewish.The British dress similarly to people in other western nations.The cold damp winters require heavy coats or mackintoshes (raincoats),warm woolen,and occasionally even long johns-long woolen underwear.In the United Kingdom there are 60,776,238 people in their population.

Movement

From France you go across the English Channel ,and go through Dover,Folkestone,London,Oxford,Cambridge,Coventry,and Birmingham by port.Yes,you do have access to internet t.v,& radio.The locals can move around by car in england ,or the cab,or they can walk if they want to.They communicate by phone or letter.Yes I do have newspapers and local magazines.
