BOOKIES k MILK
BEDAZZLED

Stephanie Shepherd
Plan:
I am renting out a 2 story loft in downtown College Station. The first floor will be a coffee shop AND a book store, where all varieties of books will be provided for the customers reading pleasure. =] The 2nd floor is a chic clothing boutique that will offer a variety of designer labels and tons of precious accessories.
Hook:
College Station has a few boutiques with designer clothing, but not very many. This will be the perfect place for fashionable people to shop. Instead of driving far distances to get to the original stores BEDAZZLED clothes will come from, you can convienently just drive downtown and shop untill you drop. Some labels we offer are Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy, Seven, Rock&Republic, True Religion, Monarchy, Betsy Johnson, and many others! When you are done shopping for the lastest and hottest trends, just walk on downstairs and get a toasty latte or a chilled frapiccino from BOOKIES & MILK. You can also pick up or buy a new best selling book to read while relaxing. It doesnt end there! Every Tuesday nights from 8-11 we will offer live music for your entertainment!
Advertising Plan:
I am making a personal joint website for both the coffee shop, and boutique. Ads will also be distributed in the Aggie newspaper and the weekly College Station paper. Flyers for open mic/live entertainment nights on Tuesday will also be distributed all throughout College Station and the A&M campus, where most of the desired customers will come from.

The items you sell are not free. You must deduct the cost of buying them from the manufacturer. Or if you make the items you are selling you must deduct the cost of the raw materials. If you are reselling items, subtract 60% from your monthly sales to determine your profit. If you make the items you sell, subtract 30% from your monthly sales to find your monthly profit. _____________ .
Now subtract your Monthly Expenses ______________. This is your total monthly profit (or loss).
