Erich von Manstein

About Me: I am Field Marshall Erich von Manstein of the Wehrmacht. I was the tenth child of a Prussian general, adopted by my uncle ,who could not have childeren, who was also a Prussian general. Both my grandfathers were Prussian generals, my mother's brother was a general and I am related to Paul von Hindeburg. I was born to lead men in battle.
During the Great War i served as a staff officer in many battles including the Somme and Verdun. See the death amount of death and destruction needed to gain such little ground sickend me.
As for the Nazi party and their operations I could care less fore the only reason why I follow them is that they promise the restoration of the German military power that was destroyed after the Great War. Like my subordinate ,Guderian, I never joined the conspiracy to terminate Hitler with extreme prejiduse. A coud d'etat would meddle more with the front than even Hitler could.
In the Second World War I concentrated the armor that lead to decisive victory in Poland,France, the low contries, and to an ectent in Russia. During the war i lead at army level comanding GuderianPage at divisonal level and RommelPage at unit level. this group has shown the enemies of germany why they should fear the panzer corps. At the battle to Stalingrad it was tasked to me to rescue the 6th army besieged in the city. Hitler who suffered of terminal idiocacy HitlerPage (no offence Madi) deolayed in sending me in so the 6th was lost. To bad I was rather fond of Lt General Hahn.

I dislike you for kissing hitlers butt and telling us to not attack Moscow when we had a chance.

*sigh* it's a shame, if Hitler had listened to you, I might have had the chance to bomb you personally, sadly you hid behind your wall of dead soldiers, oh well, I'll see after the war, over tea and crumpets perhaps?

Bah! You may have been a Prussian General, but the real success of the early axis victories in North Africa belongs to me. - Rommel

The Germans did nothing more than torture the French people and our French Resistance was not excatly happy with that prospect.
