Business Plan:
The bakery will a cozy place to go to to destress from work or just to hang out. My partner will recieve 30% of the profit, and be a silent partner. I'll need at least two employees working at a time; one to run the register, and one to help me in the back with the baking.
Hook:
This bakery features my grandmother's blue-ribbon winning recipes, so many of them are unique or have a twist to the original. Also. we'll have wireless internet, so people can feel free to bring their laptop with them.
Advertising Plan:
I'm going put a medium sized advertisement in the newspaper, and a radio ad for 30 seconds on KLTD. Also the store will have a website, so people will be able to look us up. Also I'm going to mail out fliers with coupons to bring in business in the beginning.
